At Bloom, we believe anyone can meditate. Meditation is simply a practice, one that helps bring vitality and refreshment to our entire selves.
Our group meditation classes, workshops, and private sessions are for anyone interested in learning about or practicing meditation. Each group class is unique and offers an active teaching component as well as time to practice. We may explore various methods of meditation or ancient prayer practices in our time together. At Bloom, you can always expect a safe and relaxed environment - open for question and answers. Come as you are and dress comfortably. All levels of experience are welcome and private sessions are always available with our trained and practiced instructors.
